Prof. Dr. Himmet Karadal is a faculty member at Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University, specializing in entrepreneurship, management, and strategy. He completed his undergraduate studies at Anadolu University and his master’s and doctoral degrees in Business Administration at Çukurova University. He received his PhD in Management and Organization (1999), his associate professorship in Management and Strategy (2009), and became a full professor in management and communication (2014).

He has published 237 scientific works in the fields of entrepreneurship and management, and according to the AD Scientific Index 2025 report, he ranks first in Turkey in the field of entrepreneurship. He serves as the editor-in-chief of the International Journal of Entrepreneurship and Management Inquiries and is a recipient of the TÜBİTAK Scientific Publication Incentive Award.

He has held various national and international positions, conducted studies on “Turkish Immigrant Entrepreneurship” in the United States, and has been invited as a speaker at scientific conferences in more than 20 countries, including Uzbekistan, Romania, China, and the USA. He is also the founder of EMI and Dilkur Academy, and serves as the president of the EMI Entrepreneurship & Social Sciences Congress, which has hosted more than 20 congresses.
