She has served as a project coordinator, trainer, and expert at organizations such as the Turkish Psychological Association, Concern Worldwide, ILO, SGDD-ASAM, and the Central Black Sea Development Agency. She has managed projects funded by the EU, UN, and KOSGEB. Her expertise includes project cycle management, gender equality, refugee studies, human rights, and regional development.

İnci Emirzeoğlu is a consultant and trainer specializing in cooperativism, entrepreneurship, and gender equality. She holds degrees in Business, Sociology, and Child Development. A graduate of Gazi University’s Business Department, she completed her master’s degree in cooperativism. She has participated in certificate programs at various Turkish universities and has served as an educator, mentor, and project writer in numerous projects.

Emily Harwitt has over 30 years of experience in business development and employment. She has managed international projects supporting economic development and employment, provided consultancy for organizations such as the World Bank, ILO, and European Commission, and gained entrepreneurship experience. She is an expert in business and sustainable development.

Breath therapist, life coach, and Access Bars practitioner Burcu Gidiş graduated from Eskişehir Anadolu University’s Business Department. After 25 years of a successful corporate career filled with numerous certificates and awards, she has embraced her inner journey with new specializations and chooses to contribute to her surroundings as a yogi.

With over 11 years of expertise in facility, building, and site management, he is the founder of Fre Life Facility Management and serves as the president of the Site Managers Platform.
